Jayne Perkins PS “Exploring Pastels” course is held at North West Highlands Arts, a residential Art centre based on the shores of Loch Kishorn at Achintraid, Strathcarron. There are places for a maximum of 12 students who are usually new to the medium. Jayne tries to cover some basic techniques and allow the students to explore various supports. Whenever weather permits they paint plein air in order to enjoy the incredible landscape.
