HOUSE Horseguards.jpeg
          Horse Guards by Felicity House

We will meet in the Mall Galleries basement Education Room between 10 and 10.30 - coffee will be available from the gallery cafe . Then set off across the Mall into St James Park where there should be plenty of tree colour and other subject matter - the lake and bridges , buildings viewed between trees , Horse Guards Parade , park benches, ducks and wildfowl.

Please bring a portable kit of pastel materials & if you wish a lightweight easel. We will re group back in the Mall Galleries Education Room at about 12.30 to share work and for refreshments - either bring lunch with you or purchase from the Mall café . Sharing ideas , working methods and appreciating different subjects and locations is sure to inspire afternoon work back in the Park. We will re group at about 3.30 for a cup of tea and review , finishing at 4pm.
Should weather on the day be inclement still life subject matter will be available or you may prefer to make small sketches in the gallery and develop them in the Education Room.

We very much hope Pastel Society Friends and Members will enjoy this opportunity and look forward to seeing you at the Mall Galleries on 13 October - if you are a little late arriving you are sure to find us pastelling in St James Park . Please let Felicity House know if you will be joining us :
