Libby January PS 

Education/Career

Libby January was born in Cambridge, England and initially trained and worked as a teacher.
About 20 years ago she made a major change of direction and returned to college in order to develop her lifelong interest in art.     
As a result, she acquired diplomas in Fine Art and Printmaking.  
        
Libby has continued her career as an artist taking part in many art events across the UK and has had a number of successful joint and solo exhibitions.  
        
Her original works can be seen through various commercial galleries, some of which are also available in the form of Limited Edition prints.    
        
Libby mainly works in pastel and was elected to be a Pastel Society Member in recent years.
        
From fully abstract to the figurative Libby's work exposes her love of nature and her place in it.

Work is also available as silk screen limited edition prints, giclee limited edition prints and greetings cards through various publishers including the CCA Galleries and others.

Jenny Halstead PS FMAA

Biographical Details:

After studying Art & Design at Sutton & Cheam School of Art and a guest scholarship to the Royal Academy Schools, Jenny went on to train as a medical artist, illustrating surgery and anatomy. She worked in London Teaching Hospitals, before turning freelance and publication work in both medicine and natural history.

Breaking away from this discipline over a decade ago to return to the freedom of painting and developing her own work as well as teaching.
